HUMAN-CENTERED STYLING

You don’t need a new body. You need properly fitting clothing that tells your captivating story.

The fashion industry lies. There’s no need to choose between neutrals and colors, ‘grownup’ clothing and fun pieces, or sacrifice comfort for style. And you know, you don’t have to chase trends to look stylish or change yourself to fit clothes either.

I’m here to debunk style myths, hold your hand along the way, and help you align your wardrobe with who and how you are.

ARE WE FRIENDS YET?

Hi! I’m Alisa

I never want you to spend ages staring at your clothes, deciding what to wear, only to opt for an outfit that doesn’t even feel right and makes you self-conscious. Confronted by a pile of clothes on your bed and pained with ‘I am not enough.’

I know too well how overwhelming getting dressed can feel. You stand in front of the mirror,  questioning your taste, doubting your intuition, and wanting to change yourself. I felt that way most of my life whenever I switched jobs, had a social gathering planned, or my weight fluctuated — especially during pregnancy and postpartum (why are we so hard on ourselves?)

That’s how I got into personal styling building and wardrobe organization. I wanted to free myself of that overwhelm. But it’s not what made me stick with this career.

Yes, a mix-and-match approach solved so many issues that were draining my energy. I didn’t have to keep wasting my time overthinking color combinations and wondering if a silhouette was balanced. Everything went well with everything. I just had to pull a few items out of my closet, et voila!

But while dressing up took little effort, I didn’t feel like my clothes reflected who I was. Every course and mentor I learned from offered a universal approach that wasn’t quite me — there was a lot of pressure to make my wardrobe look a certain way (aka. all-neutral and very classic “because it combines well”)

I had style, but was it personal? I lacked self-trust, and the feeling of not-enoughness reappeared.

The game changer was another passion of mine that couldn’t be further from styling at first glance. I am Human Design and astro-curious, and I applied these not-so-scientific modalities to how I dress, combining style and spirit—the external expression of who I am with the internal feeling of how I am.

You see, to develop a truly personal style that resonates with you and fits your unique needs, you have to reconnect with your authenticity first. And evolutionary astrology and Human Design do exactly that — help you shed limiting beliefs, embrace who you are, and begin living in alignment.

These modalities, just like the science of personal styling, are all about self-expression.

Are you rolling your eyes yet, my dear Capricorn? Trust me, you don’t need to believe in something for it to do its magic.

What does mixing styling and astrology show me?

UNIQUE PEOPLE DESERVE A UNIQUE APPROACH

I know why you might be content with a neutral palette and a large seasonal capsule wardrobe or why you should try adding color and tweaking your capsule every now and then.

I can see how you might be torn between two contrasting styles or never seem to balance the masculine and the feminine in your wardrobe.

I know your best shopping strategy and how to get out of a style rut fast while spending the minimum energy and money.

There’s infinitely more I can learn from your birth chart and bodygraph to help you build your signature style, along with using traditional tools like color and body analysis.

A LINKEDIN-ESQUE MOMENT

I’m trained to play dress-up

Conversations about one’s formal education are dull, especially if those times didn’t include fun student parties and falling in love with professors. Nevertheless, it’s my ‘About Me’ page, so you ought to know that I hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Public Relations and have a background in Interior Architecture and Design spanning several years.

Also, I upped my styling and personal shopping skills at Condé Nast College Spain, which runs an extensive program developed by Vogue in partnership with the University of Nebrija.

I am officially certified to make you look (and feel) your best.

“She is the perfect combination of your best friend who has a great sense of fashion and a true, kind professional.”

“It was a great pleasure to work with Alisa on my Fall-to-Winter capsule. She's a great listener and understood perfectly (on the first try!) what I liked and wanted for my wardrobe. She also adapted to all my requests (including handmade and second-hand pieces). I'm really pleased with the result: colorful and elegant, it stands out and can be worn every day for all my activities. I'd love to do it again for another season!”

Let’s see if we are a match?

• You keep saving outfits on Pinterest and Instagram, but something always feels off whenever you try to recreate the looks.

• You impulse-buy and regret your purchase later, unable to style those items.

• Your morning starts with ‘I have nothing to wear’ and an outfit that doesn’t quite hit the spot.

• You are environmentally conscious and want to wear your values.

• You want to look stylish, not trendy. And you wish to feel empowered, not self-conscious.

It’s time to level up your relationship with clothes.
